Greenland Advanced Oral Care has brought specialist prosthodontic care, everyday family dentistry, and a full dental laboratory together under one roof in Grand Rapids.
Dr. Greenland built this practice to bridge the gap between dental and medical care — and to keep the laboratory work in the same building as the treatment. Every patient gets a thorough exam, a clear explanation of what we find, and a written plan with the options laid out side by side. From a routine cleaning to a full-mouth reconstruction, the care is built around you and what you actually want.

Dr. R. Graham Greenland, DDS, MS is a prosthodontist in Grand Rapids with advanced training from Mayo Clinic and a maxillofacial prosthetics fellowship at MD Anderson Cancer Center. He focuses on dental implants, full-mouth reconstruction, and complex restorative care.

Mercedes Eggleston
Director of Operations
Mercedes is the Director of Operations at Greenland Advanced Oral Care. She graduated from Grand Valley State University with a Bachelor of Science degree and is currently pursuing a master’s degree in business at the same institution. Before joining the GAOC team, Mercedes worked as a Director of Resident Care for several years. Her goal at GAOC is to provide excellent patient service, driven by her passion to help others.
Stacey Korte
Clinic Director
Stacey is the Clinic Director at Greenland Advanced Oral Care. With a background in esthetics and 27 years of experience in cosmetology, Stacey has always been passionate about working with people — listening to their stories and helping them feel more confident. Originally from the west side, Stacey grew up in Walker; she and her husband, Woody, moved to Rockford 26 years ago and have four children. When she is not busy with her kids, Stacey loves the trails at Luton Park and working out with friends.
Lora Greenland
Practice Administrator
Lora brings 40 years of business experience to Greenland Advanced Oral Care. Putting GAOC core values into practice is a priority for Lora, as well as creating a welcoming space for our patients. Lora enjoys researching her Scottish heritage and spending time with her family.
Matt Goodfellow, CDT
Director of Lab Operations — Analog
Matt brings more than 20 years of experience in the dental field, including over 16 years specifically in removable appliance design and fabrication. A graduate of Sparta High School, he attended the Art Institute of Pittsburgh and earned an Associate degree in Industrial Design Technologies. After working in a local production lab, a boutique dental lab, and 15 years in a corporate lab setting, he obtained his Certified Dental Technician certification in Complete Dentures in 2020. His family calendar stays busy with three kids, orchestrated by his wife, Monica.
Jamie Mount
Director of Lab Operations — Digital
Jamie has been a Dental Technician for seven years, specializing in removable prosthetics. The career has allowed her to tap into her creative, artsy side while being of service to others. Jamie is excited to learn and grow with the team at Greenland Advanced Oral Care.
