Dentist in Grandville, MI

Grandville sits on the southwest side, wrapped around RiverTown Crossings and the Grand River. It is the longest drive of the communities we serve regularly, about ten and a half miles, and patients make it for a specific reason: complex work they would otherwise have to split across two or three offices.

Dental care for Grandville

Grandville is a city of about 16,000 on the southwest edge of the metro, bounded to the north by the Grand River and anchored commercially by RiverTown Crossings. It is ten and a half miles from our office, the longest regular drive among the communities we serve.

We are straightforward about that. For routine cleanings, a practice closer to home makes more sense. Grandville patients come to us for the work that is hard to get done well anywhere nearby.

What justifies the drive

Prosthodontics. Dr. Greenland completed a three-year Advanced Prosthodontics Residency at Mayo Clinic and a maxillofacial prosthetics fellowship at MD Anderson Cancer Center. Prosthodontics is one of the ADA-recognised dental specialties, and there are not many practising in West Michigan.

Full-mouth reconstruction. When years of grinding or missing teeth have collapsed the bite, the whole mouth is rebuilt as one design rather than a tooth at a time. The new bite is tested in temporary restorations for weeks before anything permanent is made.

Revision work. Implants that loosened, crowns that keep fracturing, dentures that never fit. A meaningful share of our cases are redoing work done elsewhere.

The laboratory. Designed and milled on site, which is what keeps the appointment count down.

Fewer trips, not more

The practical argument for Grandville patients is consolidation. A complex case handled conventionally means an oral surgeon, a restorative dentist, and an outside laboratory, each with their own schedule and their own drive. Here it is one building and one team.

Why Grandville, MI patients choose Greenland Advanced Oral Care

Local, trusted care

Why Grandville chooses Greenland Advanced Oral Care

If you are travelling twenty minutes each way, the number of appointments matters more than anything. Surgery, restoration, and laboratory fabrication all happen in this building, so a case that would normally bounce between a surgeon, a general dentist, and an outside lab stays in one place.

That also applies when something needs adjusting. Because the technician who made your crown or denture is down the hall, a fit issue at delivery is usually sorted the same visit rather than becoming another round trip across the metro.

What our patients say

“Life Changing Transformation. My teeth were a wreck. I had missing, broken, and discolored teeth. I had to watch what I ate because food would always get stuck in my teeth. I rarely ever smiled, and never when my picture was taken. Best investment of my life, so glad that I found Dr. Greenland, can’t say enough about how amazing he is and the master craftsmanship Dentistry he does! Dr. Greenland’s staff and facility is also amazing! Dr. Greenland and Dentistry Team, I want you to know that I am very appreciative of the work, time, effort and professionalism you put into my Dental reconstruction. Thank you! Eric”

Grandville dental FAQs

Is it worth driving from Grandville?+

That is your call, and it depends on the work. For a cleaning, probably not. For implants, full-mouth reconstruction, or redoing work that has failed, patients tell us the trade is fewer total appointments because the surgery, the restoration, and the lab are all here.

How many visits will a full-mouth case take?+

Full-mouth reconstruction usually runs six months to a year, including a provisional phase where you live with the proposed new bite before anything permanent is made. We map the sequence and the cost in writing before you commit.

What is the route from Grandville?+

North on Wilson Avenue to 28th Street, then east through the corridor and past US-131, and left onto East Paris Avenue SE. About 10.5 miles.
